<p>KPMG’s Experience Community Leadership (ECL) events are back in the GTA this Summer 2012!  Our ECL events provide students with an opportunity to gain a better understanding of KPMG’s Community Leader strategy along with the chance to meet and interact with KPMG representatives and fellow students.</p>
<p>Leveraging our partnership with Free the Children (FTC), by attending ECL you will have the opportunity to attend a skill-building workshop presented by the FTC team which will provide you with some of the skills you need to help encourage positive change in your life and on your campus. During the day, you will also have the opportunity to tour the FTC office and participate in volunteer activities.</p>
<p>At KPMG, we empower our people to reach their full potential through engaging with their communities and we want to encourage you to do the same as well.</p>
<p>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:</p>
<p>ECL is meant for individuals who have an interest in beginning their career in public accounting and are planning to participate in fall recruiting.<br />
A balance of a sound academic background, work and extra-curricular involvement as well as a passion for contributing back to their communities<br />
All events will be in Toronto, and KPMG will arrange for transportation leaving from our office</p>

<p>The ECL events will take place from approximately 9:00am to 2:00pm, and you will have the option of attending one of the following dates:</p>

<h3>KPMG is a great place to grow your career, and we have created the Fast Forward Program to provide selected participants with an inside look at a career in public accounting, while building skills that will help you develop to your full potential as a professional.  KPMG’s Fast Forward National Leadership Program is an interactive training program and valuable learning experience that can provide you with tools to help enhance your leadership skills.</h3>
<p>Fast Forward is a great way to get an early sense of what KPMG is like and also what to expect in their careers as professionals.  Along with a trip to one of the world’s entertainment capitals and a chance to network with fellow business students from across North America, Fast Forward is loads of fun and a once in a lifetime opportunity for select university students from across Canada.</p>
